If you haven't yet updated your child's availability in Pitchero and notified your coach, please do so as soon as possible. Please also remember that if you find that you are not able to attend, please let your coach know as soon as possible so that they can ensure that the changes are taken into account when planning the teams.

* Please arrive by 09.30am as it can take time to park and walk to the pitches.
* Games start promptly at 10am.
* We expect to be finished around 1pm.
* Please ensure you child has a club shirt & socks(if they have them).
* Your child MUST HAVE A GUMSHEILD. If they do not have one they will not be allowed to play in any of the games and it will be a wasted trip.
* Bring food and drinks. There is availability of food and drinks to buy, but it is recommended that you bring your own as well.
* Bring a change of clothes and something warm as the kids will have breaks of 30 mins or more between games.
* We ask that a parent or other responsible adult is present through the day when at festivals.
* It may be good to consider car shares.
